Service Description
Frontli provides automated voice answering and outbound calling services, including call reception, appointment management, lead follow-up, and outbound sales campaigns.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate account information, comply with Canadian laws (including CASL), not use the service for illegal purposes, and maintain the security of your account credentials.
Billing
Services are billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension.
Service Level
We target 99.9% uptime for all services. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
Limitation of Liability
Frontli's maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or data loss.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before secure deletion.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
